A: No, most light without light sources, for some cob led light, it includes light sources
Q2: Can I buy glass shade, metal parts or other lighting fixtures only?
A: Yes, you can.
Q3: Do you accept sample order?
A: Yes, we accept sample order. We understand that clients need to get sample for quality check.
Q4: Do you have R&D department?
A: Yes. We have a strong team of R&D From drawing to sample.
Q5: How long does it take for the sample?
A: 10-14 days.
Q6: How long will it take for normal order?
A: 30-45 days upon deposit payment.
Q7: How about the package of the light and lighting fixtures?
A: For glass material products, such as glass shade, crystal glass, and glass chandelier, we use foam package+ carton+ wood frame to protect them
For metal parts- metal base, lamp holder, we use wood frame to protect them too if need.
Q8: Which shipping way is best for me?
A: If sample order or small order. Air express, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, DHL is better chosen. (Under 1cbm)
Large volume order by sea. Otherwise, shipping cost is very high
